Description Toni Garcia 2014-03-04 16:12:11 CET
Scenario: Two users using Pidgin (XMPP clients) try to send an URL copied from browser.

User A sends "http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1009571"

User B receives "&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1009571"

Also tested with other URLs, when appears a "&" everything before is stripped and only is sent the & sign plus the rest of the URL (if the string "&" apperas more than once, this applies to the first occurrence)

In other hand, when sending the string "hola&adios", which is not an URL, none is stripped.

Also tried other clients (like Empathy) on Ubuntu and Pidgin on Windows, with sema result.
