limit users to ad contacts under same domain

I've been noticed that a customer can add contacts indipendently if are under the same domain or not.
This means that if domains A, B, C are under the same Zimbra server, user1@a can add contacts for domains B and C.
Not only under domain A.
Is it possible to add a flag that can set or remove this limit?
If possible also under the COS management.
This new features can avoid also Privacy problems.
Got R&D greenlight, will be slotted for ZeXtras Suite 2.2.x or 2.4.x.
