When you create an Outlook task with status "not started" zimbra portal will display the same task "in progress"

when you mark task complete in Outlook, Zimbra portal will change the status to "completed" however it will also change the date to day before the due date

same actions performed at zimbra portal will correctly be pushed back to Outlook
