Outlook Calendar is not syncing events correctly

Some outlook calendar events that are synced with Zimbra server are only displayed under list view but not Calendar. Often their timezone is being reset at UMT-0 hours instead of Eastern.
This issue can be replicated by importing outlook calendar into zimbra or adding an event on one outlook machine and viewing on another. Web portal and mobile devices display all of the events without problems.
we couldn't reproduce the issue, does it still happens with 2.2.2?
