Real Time Scanner makes mailboxd unresponsive

Today we experienced a unresponsive mailboxd behaviour.
While "zmcontrol status" reports services are ok, until Real Time Scanner has been disabled, clients can't connect.
Other services were working perfectly, as MTA (postfix) was sending and receiving mail.
I don't know whats the relevant information to debug it, so i'm uploading mailbox.log
did you receive any notifications reporting a high number of backup operations in the operation queue?
The only notification i can see is that regarding server load too high.
Usually, this server load doesn't represent a real problem, so we ignored it.
